The leaders of the various associations and unions constituting the reconstituted Music Council of Ghana, is by this letter wishes to inform the media fraternity that our upcoming peaceful demonstration schedule on 14th March, 2014 in Accra, the nation’s capital has been cancel.
The new development has become necessary due to a meeting held between the Head of the National Commission on Culture and the Leadership of the Music Council of Ghana arranged by the Minister of Tourism, Culture and the Creative Arts to look into the concerns raised by the council.
We will however call on your attention again should it become necessary to stage this peaceful demonstration again at a later date.
